Terms of Use – React Camera

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the applicable platform provider (e.g., the Apple App Store Terms of Service).

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the photos, videos, and other content you use with the App. You agree not to use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that depicts another person without their consent. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Interfere with or circumvent any security or access-control features of the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing the watermark or unlocking customization.

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• We do not receive or store your payment details.
• All sales are final to the extent permitted by applicable law, and refund requests must be directed to Apple.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, modify, or discontinue purchasable content at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of the App's developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the photos and videos you create with the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the App's developer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted at the same URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
